Who we are

Invoic (invoic.dev) is run by Aedan Evangelista in the Philippines. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use it for a business, you agree for that business too.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep your email account safe: whoever can read it can sign in as you. You must be 18 or over. One person may hold more than one account, but please don’t use extra accounts to get around a plan’s limits.

Plans

• Without an account, you can make and download an invoice for free. Nothing is saved.
• Registered is free: up to 2 clients, 1 business and bank accounts in 3 currencies.
• Paid is $2 a month or $20 a year, and lifts those limits and adds your logo, your clients’ logos and a payment QR code.

We can’t take payments online yet. Until we can, Paid is arranged by writing to support@invoic.dev, and runs for the period we agree. We’ll tell you before any price change applies to you.

When a Paid plan ends

Nothing is deleted. The first 2 clients and the first business you added stay in use on the Registered plan. The rest stay in your lists to look at, but can’t be picked for new documents until you’re on Paid again. Your clients’ logos are no longer shown, and you can’t add a new payment QR, though one already on a document stays.

Your documents

What you put in your invoices is yours, and so is the responsibility for it: the amounts, the taxes, the details, and whether the document meets the rules where you and your client are. Invoic is a tool for making documents; it isn’t tax, legal or accounting advice.

We never send anything to your clients. When you save an invoice, we make a link and you pass it on. Anyone with the link can see the document, so share it only with the people it’s meant for, and turn it off when they no longer need it.

Documents show your saved bank account as it is now. If you change a saved account, every document using it, including ones already shared, shows the new details.

Fair use

Please don’t use Invoic to:

• make fake, misleading or fraudulent invoices, or bill people for things they didn’t agree to;
• pretend to be another person or business;
• store or share anything illegal, or anyone’s details you have no right to use;
• attack, overload or probe the service, or get into accounts that aren’t yours.

If an account breaks these terms, we may turn off its links, suspend it or close it. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix things or take a copy of your data.

Leaving

You can stop using Invoic whenever you like. To have your account and everything in it deleted, or to get a copy first, write to support@invoic.dev from your account’s email address.

No guarantees

We work to keep Invoic running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it’ll always be available, error-free, or right for your purpose. Check your documents before you send them, and keep your own copies of the ones you need for your records.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or payments your clients don’t make. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits responsibility the law doesn’t let us limit.

Changes

We may change these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we’ll say so on the site before it takes effect. Using Invoic afterwards means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and disputes go to the courts of the Philippines. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
